Floor Plans

We believe transparency is key, especially when looking for your next home. Our one-time fees include the following:
  • $50 Application Fee, per applicant. Nonrefundable
  • Security Deposit: $500 per household, due upon approval. Applicants who are conditionally approved are required to pay a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
  • $250 Pet Fee, per pet, due upon move-in. Nonrefundable

  • Water/Sewer: Resident responsibility (varies by unit)
  • Trash: Included in rent
Optional Monthly Charges:
  • Attached garage parking $100 per month
  • Detached garage parking $70 per month
  • Storage: $35 per month if available 
  • Dog rent: $50 per month 
  • Cat rent: $50 per month
